Training center ERGON offers courses of the Technical Inspection Authority (UDT) for crane operator and maintenance qualifications. Our training includes a series of classes for each type of crane. Thanks to our training, you will pass the UDT exam for crane operator and maintenance qualifications successfully. Our training sessions take place at our company's headquarters in Warsaw, where our students acquire new skills on the latest machines. Our experienced and long-standing staff in the profession will help you obtain qualifications and provide you with the necessary knowledge. Our UDT qualifications courses for cranes consist of both theoretical and practical parts. During the theoretical part, the trainee will acquire knowledge in the following areas:
- Legal regulations and UDT information,
- Crane construction,
- Safe crane operation,
- Operator and maintenance duties,
- Crane maintenance and repairs,
- Crane operation,
- Safety measures,
- Occupational Health and Safety (BHP) and first aid.
During the practical part, trainees will gain fluency and confidence in crane operation, which is essential in this profession. Our instructors train on the latest machines in a specially prepared exercise hall.
Training Location
Training sessions take place at our center in Warsaw. We offer online theory courses for companies and organized groups. The practical part always takes place in our exercise hall.
After completing the training, the trainee selects a crane in which they feel most confident and takes the UDT exam for specific device qualifications.
UDT Crane Qualifications Exam
After completing the crane qualification course, each participant takes the state exam conducted by an inspector from the Technical Inspection Authority. The exam consists of a written test with closed questions and practical exercises with cranes. After receiving a positive result in both parts of the exam, the trainee receives a certificate of completion of our training and UDT qualifications. The qualifications are valid for 5 years. After this period, they must be renewed by submitting a renewal application to the Technical Inspection Authority.
