Welcome all individuals who want to acquire the necessary skills and qualifications to start a career as a tower crane operator and maintainer. Our training is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The course concludes with a state exam conducted by the Inspector from the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). We provide assistance with formalities and are always available to answer any questions. Feel free to explore our training offerings!
Requirements for enrolling in the course and taking the exam:
  • Minimum age of 18,
  • At least basic education,
  • A medical certificate confirming fitness for the profession.

Our Training Program

Our training programs are prepared by experts and conducted by qualified instructors actively working in the field. During the theoretical part, you will acquire knowledge through exercises in pairs and groups, discussions, and watching training videos. You will learn about topics such as:
  • Legal information and knowledge about UDT (Office of Technical Inspection),
  • Collaboration between the crane operator and the signalman for tower cranes,
  • Construction and safe operation of tower cranes,
  • Types of tower cranes,
  • Operation of tower cranes – from the cabin and remotely,
  • Safety precautions,
  • Maintenance and repair of cranes,
  • Operator and maintainer responsibilities,
  • Occupational health and safety (BHP) and first aid,
  • Practical exercises.
Practical exercises are conducted in our training hall, equipped with modern machinery. Under the guidance of our instructors, participants will acquire skills and feel confident in operating tower cranes.

UDT Exam - Everything You Need to Know

Our training program concludes with an exam conducted by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). The exam consists of both a written and practical part, where participants must perform tasks related to tower crane operation. Upon achieving a positive result, each participant receives a certificate of course completion and UDT qualifications. These qualifications are valid for 5 years. After this period, an application for the extension of qualifications should be submitted to the Office of Technical Inspection.

Tower cranes are often referred to as construction cranes. They consist of a vertical mast installed directly on the ground and a horizontal jib, which is equipped with a counterweight. Tower cranes are most commonly used for lifting heavy loads on construction sites. Operators and maintainers of tower cranes quickly find employment due to high demand in the construction industry.
