The "ERGON" company offers training in the safe operation and supervision of operation, assembly, maintenance, repairs, and measurements of networks, installations, and devices for processing, generating, transmitting, and consuming electrical energy at and above 1 kV.
The course opens up job opportunities in the electrician profession and related fields in the Polish market as well as within the European Union.
Training Program
The training program is conducted at our center and covers supervision and operation. The classes are conducted in both theoretical and practical forms. During the lectures, participants will become familiar with instructions and essential information for conducting electrical work. After completing the lectures, students undertake tasks under the supervision of our specialists.
Key topics covered during the training include:
- Electrolysis devices
- Electric traction network
- Power generating units over 50 kW
- Networks, devices, and installations at voltages of 1 kV and above
- Street lighting electrical networks
- Electrothermal devices
- Control and measurement equipment.
After completing the training at our center, the participant takes a state exam.
Certificate
The E (operation) qualification certificate covers tasks related to operation, maintenance, assembly, repairs, and performance of control and measurement work.
The D (supervision) qualification certificate includes managerial activities and authorizes the supervision of individuals performing operational tasks.
The certificate is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of issuance. After this period, it is necessary to retake the exam before the committee.
Exam
Upon completing the course at our training center, the participant must submit an application to the committee where they wish to take the exam. The participant has the right to choose the committee, which includes PSE, SIMP, SITPS, and SEP, among others. After successfully passing the exam before the examination committee, the participant receives a qualification certificate allowing them to practice their profession.

G2 Authorization – thermal
The G2 certificate allows for the operation and supervision of devices for generating, transmitting, processing, and consuming heat energy, as well as other energy devices, such as steam, water, gas, liquid, and solid fuel boilers with a power greater than 10 kW.
G3 Authorization – gas
The training is dedicated to employees and institutions dealing with the operation of gas installations and networks for processing, generating, transmitting, and consuming gas fuels at pressures below and above 0.5 MPa. Specialists are involved in gas processing, purification, and gas conversion, among other tasks.
