Training Objectives

The general safety and health training aims to familiarize employees with key occupational safety and health regulations, both those applicable in the workplace and those resulting from the Labor Code. The goal of the course is to develop or acquire the skills necessary for effectively conducting training in the workplace. Course participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to act as instructors.

Topics Covered

The training program covers a wide range of topics aimed at a full understanding of the occupational safety and health regulations. The lectures will discuss, among others, the following topics:

  • Principles of workplace safety and health,
  • Employer's and employee's duties and rights,
  • Responsibility for violating occupational safety and health regulations in various job positions,
  • Procedures in case of accidents,
  • Rules for safe movement around the workplace.

Who Can Conduct General Instruction?

General instruction can be carried out by various individuals depending on the situation and organizational requirements:

  • Occupational safety and health service employees in companies with such services,
  • Employers or designated employees in smaller workplaces,
  • External specialists with appropriate qualifications and experience in occupational safety and health.

Recipients of General Instruction

The target group of the training includes primarily:

  • Newly hired employees,
  • Individuals undergoing vocational internships,
  • Employees after changing their job positions or updating occupational safety and health regulations.

Training Documentation

The training process must be documented in appropriate forms that confirm the participation and understanding of the material by the participants.

Assessment Exam

The conclusion of the training involves a theoretical exam that assesses the acquired skills and knowledge of the participants.

Training Location

Training is conducted at our training center in Warsaw, with the possibility of organizing courses at a location specified by the client.
