BHP Training - the methodology of conducting on-the-job training is aimed at raising or acquiring an employee's qualifications to work in a designated position. Workplace training is primarily intended for newly hired employees. Our qualified instructors ensure that participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. Participation in BHP training allows mastering the following skills:
  • Mastering the skills of choosing appropriate teaching methods,
  • Applying effective teaching methods,
  • Familiarization with the basics of the BHP training process,
  • Learning the skills necessary for safe work at a given workstation.

THEMATIC SCOPE

Each participant in the training is obliged to familiarize themselves with the topics covered in the training sessions. The lectures will cover the following:
  • Organizing training sessions,
  • Familiarization with the basics of the BHP training process,
  • Preparing a training program for a specific workstation,
  • Familiarization with the basic stages of on-the-job training,
  • Shaping daily behaviors without risk - health and life hazards at work,
  • Preparing didactic materials and lesson plans - developing the entire instructional program.
