We offer comprehensive courses for warehouse stacker conservator qualifications. Our offer includes both theoretical and practical classes, led by specialists in the field. Additionally, we assist with administrative matters before and after the exam. We organize training for individuals as well as organized groups. Interested individuals are welcome to contact us to schedule a specific date and time to start the course.

Training Scope

To best prepare participants for the position of warehouse stacker conservator, we have divided our training into two parts - theoretical and practical. During lectures, participants will gain general information about machines and their operations. Among the topics covered are:
  • Types and construction of stackers,
  • Stacker operations,
  • Safety mechanisms,
  • Conservation procedures,
  • Operation of hydraulic and electrical systems,
  • Current legal regulations,
  • Warehouse signage,
  • Occupational health and safety (BHP) and fire protection (PPOŻ).
In the second part of the course, participants engage in practical exercises. They have the opportunity to test their skills and apply their acquired knowledge under the guidance of qualified experts. Thanks to practical exercises, future stacker conservators will have no trouble operating stackers. We provide training on modern equipment as well as traditional models.

Qualification Attainment

The training for warehouse stacker conservator concludes with an external examination, which also consists of both theoretical and practical components. Participants take tests supervised by a committee appointed by the Technical Inspection Authority (Urząd Dozoru Technicznego). Upon successful completion of the exam, the appropriate qualifications and permissions necessary for working as a conservator are granted. These qualifications are valid indefinitely and are recognized in Poland and all European Union countries.

Stacker Operator Course

In our company, you can also participate in a course for stacker operator qualifications. The training program includes topics such as stacker construction, individual mechanisms, stacker operation, machine documentation, and occupational health and safety (BHP). Practical exercises are also included, helping participants master the skill of smooth and efficient stacker operation. This training is concluded with a state examination, which must be passed to obtain the required documents confirming qualifications and permissions.

  • Have at least basic education,
  • Provide a medical certificate confirming your ability to work as a conservator of stackers.

Stackers - What Are They Used For?

Stackers are commonly used in warehouses and production halls. They are used for transporting various types of loads and goods, as well as stacking them on specific shelves. They can lift goods from pallets and transport them to a selected location. As a result, they facilitate and accelerate work in the warehouse and help prevent damage to goods.
Advantages of stackers include:
  • Simple operation,
  • Optimization of warehouse space,
  • Minimization of goods damage,
  • High efficiency,
  • Continuous control of the warehouse's status,
  • The ability to work in challenging conditions (low temperatures and high humidity).
It's worth noting that without stackers, work in the warehouse and goods transportation would be significantly more challenging. These machines perform specific tasks that a person would not be able to accomplish on their own. Therefore, it's valuable to learn how to operate stackers efficiently and smoothly.
We also offer courses for operator and conservator qualifications for:
  • Telescopic loaders,
  • Forklifts,
  • Boom lifts and scissor lifts,
  • HDS cranes
  • And other UDT machines.
Our other services include:
  • Maintenance,
  • Modernization,
  • Audits,
  • Inspections,
  • Stationary and mobile servicing of aerial platforms (boom lifts and scissor lifts), stackers, forklifts, telescopic loaders, and HDS cranes.
  • The ability to inspect equipment before purchase,
  • Sales of new and used equipment,
  • Rental of replacement machines (scissor lifts and forklifts).
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
