Hanging mobile platforms are devices consisting of a working platform suspended on ropes. They fall under the category of equipment subject to technical supervision, which means that the operator must have UDT qualifications.
Qualifications are obtained through an examination after completing a course organized by our company. The training prepares you for the state exam as well as for the safe operation of hanging mobile platforms. We welcome individuals interested in becoming operators, even those without prior experience with platforms.
Where Hanging Platforms Are Used
A hanging mobile platform is a type of close transport equipment, classified as category II P according to UDT regulations. It is used for transporting people, tools, and materials for work at heights.
A typical hanging platform consists of a working platform suspended by two ropes on beams on the roof of a building. It can be permanently installed (Building Maintenance Unit) or temporarily for the duration of work.
Hanging mobile platforms are used for various tasks including maintenance, repairs, and installations on tall buildings, bridges, viaducts, chimneys, masts, ships, vessels, and drilling platforms.
Hanging Mobile Platform Operator Course
Participation in the training provides you with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to pass the UDT exam. The training covers the construction of hanging platforms, the principles of safe operation, equipment preparation, inspections, and strength tests. We also provide hands-on practice and access to an online educational platform.

Hanging mobile platforms enable work at heights, such as renovations, maintenance, and installations. Obtain UDT qualifications after completing the course.
UDT Exam – Qualifications After the Course
The course alone is not sufficient for employment in the profession. Qualifications obtained after both theoretical and practical exams are valid for 10 years. The exam is conducted by a UDT commission. There is also an option for a certificate in English.
