The ERGON Training Center offers courses in the field of Near Transport Devices (NTD), training operators, maintainers, and other specialties. We have an experienced staff and conduct training throughout the country.
We specialize in training for maintainers of industrial trucks, providing comprehensive preparation for work: details of industrial truck courses.
NTD Maintainer Training Program
Our training covers both theory and practice, in accordance with UDT requirements. We teach subjects such as electrical systems, mechanics, and the implementation of maintenance plans.
Training Program Scope:
- Device documentation - principles of handling instructions and technical documentation,
- Truck construction - learning about hydraulic, brake, and electrical systems,
- Device repair and cleaning - practical repair skills,
- Maintenance plans - creating and implementing maintenance plans,
- Occupational Health and Safety principles,
- Maintenance inspections - diagnosing and fixing faults,
- Maintainer qualifications - rights and responsibilities in the position,
- Maintenance log - maintaining maintenance documentation.
Examination and Certification
Upon completing the training, participants take an internal exam, followed by a UDT exam. Success in the exam guarantees obtaining a UDT certificate confirming qualifications in the maintenance of industrial trucks.
Role of Industrial Truck Maintainers
Industrial truck maintainers play a crucial role in equipment maintenance, responsible for repairs, technical inspections, and UDT inspection preparations.
Basic Maintainer Responsibilities:
- Assessing the technical condition,
- Inspecting lighting,
- Checking equipment wear.
Training Goal
The goal of the course is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to work as industrial truck maintainers. Our center takes pride in high pass rates.
