Training

Classes at our center are conducted by specialists who comprehensively impart their knowledge to participants. • Construction of portable vessels, types of portable vessels, vessel construction, and their key parameters
• Transport and storage of portable vessels
• Technical supervision of portable vessels
• Conducting periodic inspections
• General knowledge of the physical and chemical properties of gases
• Equipment for portable vessels - requirements and functions
• Filling of portable vessels
• General health and safety and fire safety recommendations
• Emergency procedures
• Practical exercises

Why Are Qualifications Important?

UDT qualifications are necessary for individuals handling and filling portable pressure vessels with a capacity exceeding 350 cm3 with gases, including:

• Compressed gases, such as oxygen, air, nitrogen, and argon
• Liquefied gases, such as fluorinated gases, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, ammonia, and LPG
• Dissolved gases - acetylene.

Working without UDT qualifications is illegal. The course is recommended for:

• Individuals preparing for firefighting exams
• Professional firefighters
• Hospital and spa employees
• Individuals working in the air conditioning industry
• Employees in the food industry sector
• Entertainment industry and paintball (filling pneumatic rifle barrels with gas)
• Scuba divers (filling oxygen cylinders for diving).

Qualification Certificate

After successfully passing the state exam conducted by the UDT committee, participants will receive a qualification certificate, which is valid indefinitely. The certificate is valid throughout Poland and is recognized by employers within the European Union.

Where Do We Conduct Training?

Our headquarters are located in Warsaw, but we are not limited to training specialists only in the capital. We offer mobile training services, allowing us to travel to any location chosen by the client.

Training Objective

The course aims to prepare participants both theoretically and practically for independently filling and operating portable pressure vessels (tanks, bundles, cylinders). Training at our center prepares participants for the examination conducted by the Technical Supervision Authority.

Training Participation Requirements

To participate in the course for filling portable pressure vessels with a capacity exceeding 350cm3, participants must be of legal age, possess at least basic education, and have a medical certificate indicating no medical contraindications for work. The course is open to both men and women. Other vocational courses conducted at our training center include:
