Our company specializes in conducting various types of UDT machine operation courses. We offer comprehensive training for the qualifications of a warehouse conveyor operator and maintainer. We provide our proprietary educational materials to help our students acquire the necessary knowledge more efficiently and effectively. We teach in a reliable and professional manner, and our experienced teaching staff ensures that the information provided is always up-to-date and well-understood by the trainees. We conduct both theoretical and practical classes, allowing course participants to apply their acquired knowledge in practice. We invite you to explore our offerings.
Course Program
At the beginning of the course, participants attend lectures to gain basic information about warehouse conveyors and their operation. The theoretical classes cover topics such as:
- Types of conveyors,
- Shelving labeling,
- Characteristics of a conveyor operator's work,
- Operator's safety at work,
- Conveyor instructions and labeling,
- Technical Inspection Authority regulations.
The training also includes practical exercises, allowing participants to better understand the nature of a conveyor operator's work. They will learn to operate them under the supervision of experienced teaching staff, practice their skills, and gain experience. All practical classes are conducted using state-of-the-art equipment.
Examination
Our courses conclude with a final examination overseen by the Technical Inspection Authority commission. Participants first take the theoretical part of the exam, and if they achieve the required number of points, they proceed to the practical part, which involves operating the conveyor. Upon passing both parts, the course participants acquire the necessary qualifications and authorizations to work as warehouse conveyor operators. If necessary, we assist in handling the documentation required to confirm these qualifications.
Qualifications
Qualifications allowing work as a warehouse conveyor operator are issued by the Technical Inspection Authority. They are valid for 10 years and are recognized throughout the European Union, as well as in the United States, Canada, Norway, and Switzerland (based on the European Free Trade Association agreement).
Course for Conveyor Maintainers
Our company also offers a course for conveyor maintainer qualifications. We provide both theoretical and practical classes, all conducted by specialized teaching staff. However, the course for maintainers is not identical to the operator course; they differ in the topics covered during the classes and the training program. For more details, please contact us.
You can participate in our courses if you:
- Are at least 18 years old,
- Do not have any health contraindications for working as a conveyor operator (a medical certificate is required).
As part of the course, we provide:
- Theoretical and practical classes conducted by experienced professionals,
- Training materials,
- Assistance with administrative formalities,
- A friendly atmosphere during classes,
- Coffee and tea.

We have trained thousands of people who now work as conveyor operators, and a 99% pass rate on the state exam confirms the high quality of our teaching.
Conveyors - Characteristics
Conveyors are machines commonly found in warehouses and logistics centers. They are used for storing cargo in a specific location and for loading and unloading in a single cycle of the device's operation. They move along warehouse shelves, allowing these tasks to be performed quickly and efficiently. Warehouse conveyors are subject to technical supervision.
Conveyors can be categorized as automatically controlled, semi-automated, or manually operated, equipped with conveyors, grippers, or forks. They are further divided into gantry, overhead, single-column, and double-column conveyors.
Advantages of conveyors:
- Fast and efficient cargo handling,
- Elimination of potential errors that can occur when managing a warehouse and cargo manually,
- Easy operation,
- Continuous inventory control,
- Capability to work in low temperature and high humidity conditions,
- High efficiency,
- Safety during cargo handling.
We also offer courses for qualifications as operators and maintainers of various UDT machines, including:
- Forklifts,
- Mobile platforms (bucket and scissor lifts),
- Overhead cranes (HDS cranes),
- Tower cranes,
- Hoists,
- Lifting telescopic platforms,
- And more.
We also provide other services, including:
- Modernization,
- Maintenance,
- Audits,
- Inspections,
- Diagnostics,
- Stationary and mobile UDT machine servicing (telescopic lifts, cranes, bucket and scissor lifts, forklifts, HDS cranes),
- Machine inspections before purchase,
- Sales of new and used machines,
- Possibility to rent replacement machines (only scissor lifts and forklifts).
If you are interested in our courses or would like to take advantage of our other services, please feel free to contact us.
