ERGON Training Center specializes in conducting courses and training in the field of operation and supervision of electrical, thermal, and gas installations and networks throughout Poland. The completed G2ED course aims to provide knowledge and skills in operating installations and networks of devices that generate, transmit, process, and consume heat. Our team of specialists will help you obtain G1, G2, and G3 qualifications for supervision and/or operation.

Teaching Program

Training in our training center is conducted in both theoretical and practical forms. After completing the lectures, participants engage in exercises to apply their practical skills under the guidance of our specialists.

Operation exam includes knowledge of:

• technical conditions for the operation of thermal installations and networks
• operation and maintenance instructions for thermal installation and network equipment
• principles of control and measurement work and assembly
• occupational health and safety (OHS) and fire protection rules
• emergency procedures and first aid.

Supervision exam covers topics such as:

• procedures for programming thermal installations and networks, taking into account the principles of efficient energy and fuel use
• connecting devices and installations to the network
• steam and water turbines with a power output exceeding 50 kW
• energy and fuel supply regulations
• operation and maintenance of thermal installations and networks
• technical documentation management
• compressors with a power output exceeding 20 kW
• procedures in case of emergencies and accidents
• standards and regulations regarding the construction of equipment, installations, and networks
• OHS and fire protection rules
• conditions for conducting control and measurement work and assembly.

After completing the training at our center, participants undergo an examination before a state commission.

Examination and Qualifications

The examination assesses theoretical and practical knowledge before an examination commission appointed by organizations such as SEP, SIMP, PSE, SITPS. Participants have the right to choose before which commission they want to take the exam. The qualification certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

The training is dedicated to anyone who wants to enhance their professional qualifications or for employees. The training is aimed at individuals involved in the operation and supervision of thermal equipment, installations, and networks, especially for:

• boiler operators
• service technicians
• installers
• technicians.

G1

The G1 electrical course is designed for individuals in the energy industry. Participants will learn about the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of networks and devices with a voltage exceeding 1 kV.

G2

The G2 energy course is aimed at boiler operators, installers, service technicians, and installers involved in the operation or supervision of thermal equipment and networks. The qualification allows for conducting repair, installation, and control and measurement work on steam and water boilers, solid, gas, and liquid fuel, with a power output exceeding 10 kW.

G3

The G3 gas training is intended for individuals involved in the supervision and operation of equipment and networks for the generation, transmission, processing, and consumption of gas. Qualifications allow for the operation, maintenance, repair, installation, and control measurements of gas networks up to 0.5 MPa and above, as well as gas equipment and installations at pressures up to 5 kPa or higher. Conditions for participation in the training include:

• being at least 18 years old
• at least basic education
• a medical certificate indicating no contraindications to the profession.
