BHP Training - the methodology of conducting on-the-job training is aimed at raising or acquiring an employee's qualifications to work in a designated position. Workplace training is primarily intended for newly hired employees. Our qualified instructors ensure that participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. Participation in BHP training allows mastering the following skills:

THEMATIC SCOPE
Each participant in the training is obliged to familiarize themselves with the topics covered in the training sessions. The lectures will cover the following:- Organizing training sessions,

- Familiarization with the basic stages of on-the-job training,
- Shaping daily behaviors without risk - health and life hazards at work,
- Preparing didactic materials and lesson plans - developing the entire instructional program.
