GSE Maintenance Training Three Equipment Package
Technical training in the maintenance of PRM ambulifts, ULD cargo loaders and aircraft deicers. Workshop sessions take place at the customer’s airport maintenance base.
Training scope
This package is designed for personnel maintaining the specified GSE families. Participants work with maintenance manuals, technical drawings and equipment records. They learn to plan an inspection, make equipment safe, perform permitted maintenance tasks and evaluate functional checks. Each module is adapted to the installed equipment and the team’s technical background.
- M1 Ambulift: cabin lifting mechanism, hydraulic system, transfer platforms, gates, stabilisers where fitted and operating interlocks.
- M2 ULD cargo loader: platforms, lifting synchronisation, roller and drive systems, cargo stops, sensors and maintenance support arrangements.
- M3 Deicer: boom, cabin or basket, hydraulics, controls and fluid delivery system, with documented checks before the unit returns to operation.
Who should attend
GSE mechanics, lifting-equipment maintenance personnel and maintenance technicians with basic mechanical, hydraulic and electrical knowledge. This is specialist equipment training, not an introductory mechanics course.
Outcome
Participants develop an inspection plan, maintenance task record, measurement log and defect report. They learn to identify the limits of their authority and refer work requiring specialist service support or additional qualifications.
Training includes the agreed sessions, Polish or English materials, internal assessment and an ERGON certificate on successful completion. Other price conditions are set out in the commercial section.
