Workshop training in the maintenance of aircraft cargo loaders and high loaders. The programme covers lifting platforms, ULD transfer systems, hydraulics, controls and protective functions.
A cargo loader combines lifting with movement of freight between platforms and the aircraft. Maintenance personnel therefore need to assess both the lifting mechanism and the rollers, guides, drives and ULD stops. The course develops model-specific manual use, symptom analysis and clear maintenance records. Functional exercises take place in an agreed area with controlled access to hazardous zones.
Maintenance technicians, mechanics and technical personnel supporting cargo operations. Load testing and safety-device adjustments require an approved procedure and appropriately competent personnel.
Participants produce an inspection sheet covering both lifting and ULD transfer systems. Optional M2B extends the subject to aircraft jacks and support stands and requires practical training on those devices.
Training includes the agreed sessions, Polish or English materials, internal assessment and an ERGON certificate on successful completion. Other price conditions are set out in the commercial section.
Send your loader model and available manuals. We will select tasks relevant to your maintenance scope.
