On-site training for operators of aircraft cargo loaders and high loaders used to lift and transfer ULD containers and pallets. Practical sessions use the customer’s equipment.
Participants learn to prepare a loader for work, assess the approach route and coordinate with the person directing the loading operation. Training covers the main platform and aircraft bridge platform, lifting and levelling systems, and ULD transfer and restraint features. Exercises reflect the customer’s equipment, aircraft interface and approved handling arrangements. A Unit Load Device may be an aircraft container or a pallet with the appropriate cargo restraint system.
Cargo loader operators, cargo staff and ground handling teams. The course concerns the loader and does not authorise aircraft load planning, weight and balance calculations or load acceptance.
The operator completes a controlled cycle with a training ULD and communicates equipment limitations and defects. Optional submodule M2B covers aircraft jacks and support stands through separate exercises.
Training includes the agreed sessions, Polish or English materials, internal assessment and an ERGON certificate on successful completion. Other price conditions are set out in the commercial section.
Send the loader model, ULD types and site details. We will agree a practical course for your team.
