GSE Operator Training Three Equipment Package
On-site operator training for PRM ambulifts, aircraft ULD cargo loaders and aircraft deicing vehicles. ERGON delivers classroom sessions and supervised practical training at the customer’s airport.
Training scope
This ERGON package develops operating skills for three defined families of airport ground support equipment. Participants study equipment limits, pre-use checks and communication with the operational team. Sessions connect the manuals for the selected models with supervised tasks on the customer’s equipment. Knowledge and practical competence are assessed separately for each module.
- M1 PRM ambulift: vehicle preparation, cabin elevation, positioning near the aircraft, protection of the passenger transfer area and response to abnormal conditions.
- M2 ULD cargo loader: platform lifting and levelling, roller-bed movement of containers and pallets, cargo stops and coordination with the loading team.
- M3 Deicer: operation of the vehicle, boom and operator station, fluid delivery controls and supervised use of manufacturer-specified emergency functions.
Who should attend
GSE operators, ground handling staff and teams working with PRM ambulifts, cargo loaders or deicing vehicles. Entry and airside access requirements are set out in the delivery arrangements.
Outcome
Successful participants should be able to perform a pre-use check, complete an agreed operating cycle, recognise a stop-work condition and report a defect clearly. The training record identifies the modules passed and the equipment models used.
Training includes the agreed sessions, Polish or English materials, internal assessment and an ERGON certificate on successful completion. Other price conditions are set out in the commercial section.
