Stationary mobile platforms

Classes designed for individuals who want to work as stationary scissor lift operators. Obtaining qualifications requires passing an examination before the UDT (Technical Supervision Office) committee. Training conducted by the instructors of the Center is a reliable source of knowledge required for this examination, preparing individuals for safe, accident-free work with such equipment.

UDT Certification for Stationary Scissor Lifts

Stationary scissor lifts are classified as close proximity transport devices and are subject to technical supervision according to the classification of the Technical Supervision Office. Operator certifications for stationary scissor lifts are granted for 10 years, after which they must be renewed. The qualification certificate in the form of a plastic card issued by the Office is valid within Poland and is required for employment.

The examination, conducted by the UDT committee (in Warsaw or in a regional branch of the Office), includes a knowledge test with multiple-choice questions and a practical test on the specific equipment. The qualification verification process is an integral part of the course, and UDT conducts the examination at a designated time.

Jobs for Stationary Scissor Lift Operators

A stationary scissor lift is designed for work in one place and does not have a mechanism for moving. Nevertheless, it is popular for both outdoor and indoor work, such as in combined heat and power plants, heavy industry, and repair and maintenance tasks.
